I don’t know where to start. I could not hold t

I don’t know where to start.
I could not hold the tears this time. D & I are ok. So grateful we’re ok. But things haven’t been ok for many of you for way too long and now that we’re going into lockdown - again - I’m feeling it all over again. Some people here in Melbourne, in the public housing towers, have been facing hardship. Cafes, restaurants with despair on their faces. Businesses not being able to work from home. Mental health. Domestic violence. Children remote learning . People living alone.
Lots is happening, too much to process all at once but more than ever, please don’t jump to conclusions, make your own judgment of any situation after gathering the facts and asking the right people. Don’t assume. Be there for others in precarious situations. Pointing fingers will not help anyone. Be respectful, be kind and make a difference. There is no such thing as helping too little. If you can’t give money, give your time. Share your knowledge. Try to understand. Be ready to listen.
Ask people what they need. Spread their message. We need each other right now and we need to be there for everyone.
We can and will overcome again.
